Thank you for joining one of Eva Andrea’s retreats, events or online-programs. Here are the general terms and conditions for engagement with Eva Andrea/Ditlefsen Group International.
Safety
We work to protect the safety of all participants. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.
Cancellation & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If a retreat or event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to transfer your registration to an event at the new, future date – with the same content, but possibly altered format.
Event Cancellations / Postponements
Ditlefsen Group International may cancel / reschedule / postpone the retreats/events/seminars for any reason. If an event is canceled or postponed in full or in part, Ditlefsen Group International will use its reasonable endeavors to notify you of the cancellation or postponement using the details you provided at the time of booking.
If an event is rescheduled or postponed, Ditlefsen Group International will where possible, use its reasonable endeavors to offer you tickets to the rescheduled events equivalent to the value of the investment actually paid to Ditlefsen Group International. Any elements of the service that have been provided to you are non-refundable. Events which are rescheduled or postponed are not eligible for a refund and Ditlefsen Group International shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation, rescheduling or postponement of the live experience.
Cancellation Rights
Note that there are 14 days refund-window after booking a ticket or buying online products. (Ditlefsen Group International will refund within 30 days after you apply for a refund per email to eva.ditlefsen@gmail.com) If at any time after 14 days, for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to use your ticket/product, you will not be eligible for a refund of any monies you have paid to us under this agreement.
Force Majeure
If the retreat/event/seminar or education with Eva Andrea are prevented or canceled because of an act of God, an inevitable accident, fire, blackout, flood or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of both parties, then the promoter may at its option either postpone the event from the original date or cancel.
Personal responsibility
In connection with our events, Ditlefsen Group International shall not be liable to any participant for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering, physical or psychological injury of any kind, under any circumstances.
We recommend you to make sure that you are covered by sufficient health insurance and travel insurance during the event.
When joining our events, you are personally responsible for your own health, safety and travel.
Only attendees over 18 years old are allowed to join our events. Unless we have a special written agreement.
